It had started to feel old and tired, it lacked warmth and style and so we stopped using it so much. I was stuck and without a huge budget I had to keep certain features and furnishings. The next day I received my mood board of ideas that I could do myself, new colours, lights, blinds, sofa covers etc on top of the new layout. I was excited to get started so I got straight down to painting and looking for the furnishings etc I needed. Claire immediately understood the type of look we were after for our Georgian living room and took the time to tweak the mood board until we were entirely happy. The budget she provided was detailed, clear and accurate. The actual decorating of the room was carried out within the agreed time scale and all the contractors she supplied, curtain maker, decorator and carpenter, were very professional and a pleasure to work with. Claire did a fantastic job of coming up with designs and plans that captured our style and was in keeping with the style of the house. She went out of her way to meet with us at a time that suited us (weekends and evenings after work - we both work in London) and brought round samples of everything that she suggested for tiles, paint, wallpaper etc. The final design and plan book was excellent and exactly what we needed to envisage what the finished bathrooms would look like, with a detailed cost breakdown for each of the items, so we could plan the budget accordingly.
