No more trying to find reputable tradespeople, as you will benefit from a great team that I have built up over the last 20 years, who are all proud of what they do and whose attention to detail is second to none. 

Equally if you wish to use your own contractors, but want me to project manage the works for you, thats fine too.

How does it work?

• I will undertake site visits with various contractors and collate quotations from them, putting this into a detailed schedule of work for you.

• Provide a full program of works to organise the logistics of the project

• Preparation of drawings, specifications and other documents to have the project constructed.

• Liaison and or instructing building, planning and structural professionals as required.

• Purchasing of furniture and fittings, kitchens and bathrooms at trade prices.

• Project management of the entire project, so you only need to liaise with me and not numerous contractors.

• I will approve all contractors invoices prior to passing to you to make payment

• Site visits to check project quality and progress.

• Unlimited support during working hours.

• Final site visit to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the finished results.

Fees are set at 10% of the total build cost, with a 50% deposit and the rest invoiced weekly for the project duration.

Please note that for all my services I retain the right to use any images and responses, anonymously of course for marketing purposes, so when you commission my services this is taken as a given unless you request otherwise.
