Hi there. Welcome to Inspirational Interiors.

I’m Claire, the founder of a full property refurbishment service. I’ve been working in the interior design industry for over 30 years. My initial training was as a design assistant for an interior design practice based in Guildford working on mostly commercial properties. I then worked for 2 shopfitting companies as a project manager for clients such as Haegan Dazs, Scholl Shoes, Warner Brother Cinemas and finally for Allder’s Department Stores as a project manager for their internal fit outs or new store openings. For the last 19 years I have created and expanded Inspirational Interiors to offer not just interior design but project management including extensions, kitchen, bathroom and smart home installations.

I have a passion for all things home and I work cooperatively to make enlivened, high specification and practical design spaces. My bespoke service includes an initial consultation where we would discuss your project in some detail, from this I would provide you with a fee proposal to undertake the design work. Design packages include floor plans, mood boards, samples of all materials and a detailed quotation and programme of works once the design is agreed. I only work on one project at a time so you are guaranteed my full involvement from day 1 to the final reveal.

I know time can be precious and balancing an interior design project whilst juggling work and family life is not easy, so why not leave it all down to me!

I have a positive, approachable and refreshing energy when working with clients and the designs I create. My projects often include spatial design, fine furnishings and all the finishing touches with a strong emphasis on colour, balance and symmetry to not only create a great space but to reflect the lifestyle you want.

Although I personally manage every project, I have created a team and network of people who work alongside me, who are talented, dedicated and work to the high standards I expect. 

You can find me in Banstead, Surrey, in my newly remodelled home where I live with my daughter Daisy.
